Specialty Equipment Move – Infrared Sauna Disassembly, Transport & Reassembly

HAUL PROS was entrusted with a unique specialty relocation project for Live Love Spa in Tustin, California. The task: to carefully disassemble a Halotherapy Solutions infrared sauna, transport it across the county, and reassemble it at the customer’s residence in Santa Ana, California.

This wasn’t a simple move. Infrared saunas are large, complex units featuring tempered glass doors, fine wood panels, advanced heating elements, and integrated electronics — each requiring expert handling. Our three-member crew arrived fully equipped with the tools and experience necessary to complete the job with precision.

Over the course of just five hours, HAUL PROS methodically:

• Disassembled the sauna piece by piece, carefully labeling and protecting each component.
• Maneuvered oversized panels through the spa’s commercial hallways and doorways without damage.
• Safely loaded and secured the sauna for transport.
• Reassembled the entire unit in the customer’s home exactly to their specifications, ensuring everything looked and functioned as originally designed.

The total project cost was $1,500, and the result was a seamless transition from a busy spa environment to a private residential retreat. Both Live Love Spa and the customer were impressed with HAUL PROS’ professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to detail.
