Recently, HAUL PROS took on a challenging eviction clean-out in Huntington Beach for a two-bedroom apartment in disarray due to hoarding and unsanitary conditions. The unit presented significant challenges, with piles of accumulated trash on the balcony, large furniture pieces, a refrigerator filled with expired food, and numerous hazardous materials, including rotten items and contaminated debris.

As seasoned professionals, we knew this complex job required precision, proper tools, and expertise to ensure safety and efficiency. Our process began with carefully collecting and bagging smaller items using heavy-duty contractor trash bags. We then removed bulky furniture and loaded it into our enclosed 14-foot box truck. The trash on the balcony, which had a strong odor and leakage, required extra care and individual bagging.

After clearing the apartment, we thoroughly vacuumed all floors and countertops to remove leftover debris, leaving the space clean and ready for the next steps. This job resulted in the removal of three tons of waste, all of which unfortunately had to be disposed of as the materials were deemed hazardous.
