Newport Beach Garage Demolition Cleanup & Full Recycling Process

This project showcases how HAUL PROS completed a full garage demolition cleanup in Bubble Island, Newport Beach, for one of our long-term contractor clients. The job involved the removal of flooring, drywall, plywood, bricks, and aluminum window frames, all completed for an $800 flat-rate service.

Once the demolition debris was cleared, our team transported the aluminum frames to our work area, where we stripped them down to bare metal in preparation for recycling. From there, we headed to the Prima Desecha Landfill to weigh in, properly dispose of construction debris, recycle unused household paint, and show the exact locations for electronics and hazardous waste drop-off.

Next, we returned with all the cleaned aluminum—plus additional aluminum we salvaged from Swiffer mop handles and other materials—fully loaded and ready for processing. Our final stop was DBW Recycling Center in Anaheim, where we weighed the materials and received payment for the recycled aluminum.
