The following terms apply specifically to the use of the Haul-Pros Free Marketplace. By claiming any item through our marketplace, users agree to these conditions in addition to the general Terms and Conditions of our website.
1. Eligibility
Participation in the Haul-Pros Marketplace is open to individuals who are:
At least 18 years of age
Residing within our eligible pickup or delivery service areas
We reserve the right to deny access to users who do not meet these criteria.
2. Item Claiming Rules
Each user may claim one item per listing, unless stated otherwise.
Claims from the same household or address may be limited.
Items from the marketplace are intended for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold.
Users can claim a new item once every 48 hours (one-item cycle from the previous order).
3. Pickup and Delivery Policies
Claimed items must be picked up or can be delivered based on your selection at checkout.
If choosing delivery, users must enter accurate address details and be available during the scheduled time.
Pickup locations and times are assigned based on availability.
4. Delivery Terms
We offer local delivery within a 30-mile radius from our base in Orange, CA. Delivery fees are calculated based on two factors:
Distance from Our Location
0–10 miles: Base rate
11–20 miles: Moderate rate
21–30 miles: Extended rate
We do not deliver beyond 30 miles.
Item Size
Each item is classified as Small, Medium, or Large, depending on the space it occupies in our delivery vehicle. Larger items incur higher delivery rates.
Total Cost
Your total delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your entered address and item size.
Important Notes:
Only one item can be claimed per transaction.
Delivery charges are non-refundable once a delivery is in progress or completed.

5. Condition and Liability Disclaimer
All items are provided “as-is”, with no warranties or guarantees regarding condition, safety, or usability.
Haul-Pros is not liable for any issues arising from possession or use of claimed items.
6. Misuse and Abuse
Any attempt to exploit the marketplace system — including false claims, reselling items, or providing inaccurate information — may result in immediate disqualification, account suspension, or permanent ban from the platform.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove users at our discretion.
Haul-Pros reserves the right to cancel claims or deny service at our discretion.
7. Verification and Code Redemption
Some items may require verification via a 4-digit code, issued during checkout.
Users must enter this code to confirm and finalize their claim.
8. Return and Refusal Policy
All marketplace item claims are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
Haul-Pros reserves the right to refuse delivery or cancel a claim if misuse is detected or if the user fails to meet pickup/delivery requirements.
